I’ve had to ban two people today, for needlessly insulting other posters. Saturday is the only day I get free from work all week. I really don’t want to spend it looking at posts sorting out squabbles.
Disagree with each other but please please stop insulting each other.

As a moderator, you cannot allow your
blatant dislike of an individual to interfere with fairness of your decisions. He was not abusive and never has been. The main abuse I am afraid is that of power. Poor judgement at play here. Treat posters equally or you will singlehandedly destroy decent discussion on this group.

I had to log out to see what was said as I’ve had Dr. P on ignore since his last ban and taking his ball home with the Fantasy League. (The only person I’ve ever felt the need to block on any platform).
IMO the name calling was only part of the reason for the ban - it’s really down to the ongoing taunting of mods. There’s only so much time in the day people have to deal with stuff and Dr. P like night follows day becomes gradually too time consuming to manage.
I’ve learnt a new word this week; Eristic. It’s an excellent noun for Dr. P. | | | |
