Just been watching some of the rugby and there was an incident at a scrum, don't ask me, but an England beefcake asked the ref if he could say something and thecref just simply said "No" and carried on with what he was expecting!

Sounds familiar to another game but played with round balls, and look how much notice they take of that or has that directive just been blown out through a lack of interest by the players who dictate all anyway!
