So where is this " constructive dismissal claim" reported? Can you back it up? What silly games with Palace?. This is football and you do the best for the club. It was presumably given on the contract like with Russ.
Cooper was contracted to Swansea city who do not always have to fold like a pack of cards when the London boys come calling.
