Can’t see him going even if we do lose on Saturday. Thing is the board are not happy to sack a manager a season. They've seen the history since Russell Martin came in. The costs are high notwithstanding the employment of a new coaching set up. To sack and employ new people is a few million every time. |

I must apologise about my rant at you and several others last night.
I was as you all saw very angry after the result and the way we played, it got to me that people didnt see it.
As i said it p!sses me off when people go on about being entertained, the team we all support arent there just to entertain us, although I suspect that some fans want to be entertained.
Again I am sorry for the rant, some of the posts got to me. |

Agree. Fans should be able to discuss without personal hate.
As I said, for me he's got till the New Year. And that doesn't mean win the last game of the year (Oxford) and he's okay. In December we've got six games. Two are away against Coventry and Stoke. If they're still going as well then as they are now then we may well lose those two. Not accepting it but just being realistic.
But we've also got Oxford home and away, and Portsmouth and Wrexham at home. We should win three of those four games, if not all four, if he's finally got the team working.

Vipotnik has got us out of jail a few times already. Idahs goal at Charlton and Eoms yesterday weren’t clear cut chances either.
We’ve got to be able to create and convert scruffy goals. The screamers should be the icing on the cake |
We have a player in Tymon who statistically last season created more chances than any other player in the division bar one. 81 chances created, only 6 assists. Some of the crosses he puts into the box are of the highest class but we don’t have any bugger attacking them. And on the rare occasion we do they bloody miss. |  |

This is exactly what I mean by scruffy goals. We need someone busting a gut to get to the near post and someone arriving late for the cut back or in case of any rebounds.
