If the recall is on then I can't blame them but won't it leave us a bit light at the back ?

Being reported on X that the deal is off....nothing officially confirmed but they prob aren't aware of the Casey factor at this stage

Reading fans seem relieved due to injury, age, form etc...

It was a poor decision to sub him. Unnecessary. He looked dejected as he walked back.

Can’t blame West Ham. His playing time with us has been poorly managed. Shame, he looked a useful asset but his development has been set back by lack of playing time. Looks like we will have to get cover to bolster a pretty poor defence looking all the weaker without him

Ward will get upto speed soon and will a big asset as he can play across the back 4 so perhaps that's why casey has been recalled as west ham have been told that he wont get much gametime.

In matos we trust.

I heard he is joining the Sumo team.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Maybe he will get some starts with West Ham to help them get out of the danger zone.

His transfer falling through (atm) is a big hit for Swansea plans this window, cash was crucial.

There were rumours of Bradford also being interested, anything in that Keith?

Surely our medical staff knew that he was likely to fail a medical and inform the recruitment team in advance.

On Santos, We did mention on X there’s another top league one side in the frame but haven’t done any more work on that, could be.

Been informed that players can’t fail medicals it’s the results that give the club an option to pull out. Whooda thought it, learn something every day.

I would imagine his weekly wages were boosted by his signing on fee spread over the 2 year contract.

Can’t see it, but certain people will tell you it was around 14k a month, not calling in any favours to find out though. As it stands we have him for another 18 months.

It seemed a bit bonkers signing him, when at 30 years old, he had played a few season in League 1, and before that League 2 and National League.
He was never going to get into the side.

The same as Vigs to be fair though but maybe the difference is that keepers mature / improve later.

I really like Casey.
Reminds me a bit of Alan Tate when he first joined us on loan from Man Utd.
What impresses me about him is that he plays a simple game without trying to complicate things.
A very tidy centre half.
Would love us to sign him in the future.
The lad has great potential.
I wish him well.

A good young promising player he’s signed at Leyton Orient on loan. Can travel to training from home etc so possibly a good move where he’s guaranteed full games.
