Have Sports Republic a plan if we lose tonight and Sunday ? 07:29 - Jan 21 with 491 viewssaintmark1976

Last season Luton were relegated having obtained 49 points.

Two defeats in the next two matches would requiring us needing 17 points from the last 17 fixtures to reach 50 points.

Those of us who love Southampton Football Club had better hope that the players have somehow managed to get their act together by close of play on Sunday, because I’ve no confidence that the Loons at Sports Republic will have any idea where 17 points will come from if they haven’t.

You could have finished your question after the word "plan".

To which the answer is "no".

My 2 cents on this is, if we lose both games , SR will choose one of the following options..Calling any of them a "plan" is a stretch.

1. Do absolutely f**k all.

2. Consider appointing an in-house dream team involving Lallana, Romeu and the Ghanaian Dream bloke. Then, realising that is left field even for them, will do f**k all.

3. Think about trying to persuade an experienced out of work manager to board the sinking ship. Realise there isn't one and proceed directly to doing f**k all.

Anyone ITK on whether the Armstrong leaving story is real or fake news.

The Echo have picked their predicted starting XI for tonight, which excludes Armstrong, and is frankly a recipe for an absolute disaster frankly.

They are going with:

Peretz

Manning
Jelert

Stephens
Harwood-Bellis
Wood

Downes
Bragg

Azaz
Robinson (in ahead of Scienza)
Archer

I am hoping the Echo are on a wind-up here, as I could see that team losing by 3 or 4.

Sure they have a plan.
Same as always, to sell any player that's worth anything during this transfer window & replace them with donkeys.
