I always considered Bree a championship journeyman, I was slightly surprised he was shipped out at the start of the season, but not particularly bothered and assumed his replacements would be upgrades.
But his return to the team has been part of the team's transformation - his extra height, his crosses, his goals, his calmness. He suddenly looks like one of our best players.
As positive as this is - it does make his loaning out seem completely ridiculous and costly point-wise.
Maybe it was the Nathan Jones effect on him that reinvigorated him! |  |

Maybe the experience of playing in the Prem taught him to up his game a notch and he has duly delivered.

I was really glad that he came back after the loan. Understandably he didn't get many minutes before due to KWP and then the start of the season we were fannying about with 5 at the back, which doesn't suit him.
