As there are in most Prem games now. As mentioned both on radio and in the paper today, if the physical contact that happens at set pieces in the box had happened outfield, the ref would blow for a foul therefore a pen should be given. I know it's a conta t sport, but it's not rugby. Defenders don't even watch the ball, it's do whatever you have to do to stop the opponent
