I read this in an article on Marcus Rashford and whether he has a future at Man Utd, under the previous manager Rashford was ostracised along with several other players and made to train separately and at different times to the main squad.
Apparently this now cant be done as per the article
"Last week, world governing body Fifa announced a memorandum of understanding with global players' union Fifpro. Within the detail, it was confirmed any player exiled from the main group can demand to be released – and to have their contracts paid up."
This doesnt sound much but potentially it could be dynamite, now a player could force his way out of a club for free by being disruptive, if he does that then he cannot be removed from the main squad as would be the norm.
If a club does that then he gets to walk away for freee |  |
