Why not push the boat out and make it a five year deal?
Hilly needs to see the board showing him some real faith and commitment!
Besides, what have we got to lose? After the travesty of the last two managers, who would we bring in who could remotely be considered preferable to KH?

I know, I'm just over cautious I guess giving long contracts nowadays to players/managers, anything can happen. We need to also realise it may not be as it was first time around, saying that there is only one manager I'd give a long term contract to and that is Hill, as he has a true vision for what he wants to do, and we are in desperate need for stability.
