I've noticed it, but not the resident. I also noticed some old tents and things just off the Hogarth roundabout, where the flyover drops down. Sadly, I think this sort of thing is on the increase.
Years ago, there was an old lady living in a car off the Chiswick High Rd, resplendant with cardboard 'curtains'. She clearly didn't read the plot, or perhaps she upsized from the shoe.
