It's a very brave manager who even assumes he's still going to be at a club in two years' time!

But one thing you can't criticise Ralph for is his optimism. You can criticise his formations, subs and tactics sometimes (and I have, plenty) but you can't criticise his enthusiasm.

And whatever mistakes he's made along the way, he's put far more smiles on faces than any of the three miserable f*ckers that preceded him.
