If rumours are true we've made an offer for Haji Wright.
He's an American International player who is playing his football in Turkey.
He's big, he's young & he's scoring goals & he's relatively cheap.
But scoring goals in Turkish lge is a bit different to scoring goals in Premier lge.
The American sports media were shocked when Wright was included in their National team because nobody thought him good enough.
We've offered approx 8m for him which has been rejected, hopefully they continue to reject our offers because he just doesn't have the profile to play in Premier lge.

Wouldn't it be nice to be linked with a striker that we've heard of that has some actually pedigree. Bringing in another cheap youngster even with potential is a massive gamble right now. Of course they might just accept the risk as attracting a decent striker when you are bottom of the league is obviously not easy.
