HT and we're every bit as abysmal as I thought we'd be. Brighton are everything we're not. Never, in well over 50-years of following Saints, have I seen a side so short of quality.
Kudos to the travelling Saints fans. This is the first time I've missed Brighton away. I had the chance to go... but I passed it up because in life, sometimes you really can predict what will happen at a certain event. I even had the offer of a seat in the home end via Brighton mates of mine. Thank fook I politely declined that offer too.
I'd like to see both Ballard & Doyle come on at half time. Nothing to lose and a good opportunity for them to gain some experience. I doubt Selles will have the balls to change it up though - despite 3 yellow cards for us in the first half. He's as gutless as the players out there. | |
