It's a free hit for the owners this season. They are being rewarded for their incompetence as fans are liking the novelty of being in a league we can compete in Nick.

If we finish mid-table then crowds will be about 15k next season.

just as long as O'Neills and The Lion stay open before games then I will attend and renew. Nice to ve a seat for 90 minutes to sober up before braving BlueStar's abysmal bus service

So Long and Thanks for all the Fish

There is something exciting about a new challenge, that could involve some celebration and achievement. It's likely we will see a lot more wins than last season. We will have some tense moments and games will be competitive. In the PL, there is nothing to aim for other than staying up. It's totally boring. How many games did we go to last year, knowing we would 99% lose? It won't be the case this season (hopefully!) and it's like a breath of fresh air thinking that we can win most games we play in this season and hopefully win the league.

In my case, I also have an interest in going to grounds I have either never been to, or not been to for a long time and we will be a 'big" club when we visit. I'm looking forward to something different, new fans to talk to, no more plastics, better atmospheres etc.

Alternatively, if we don't go straight back up, the novelty will wear off, hope will disappear and crowds would fall a lot I think. But this year, fans are hopeful will have a lot to celebrate this year and some fun.
