New skipper required 10:21 - Sep 16 with 418 views

Adam Armstrong has been pretty hopeless in the last two games since having the armband.

Really awful last night; gave the ball away on a number of occasions, did stupid fouls and hopelessly wasted a great chance at 1-3, which could have changed the game.

Just put all the names in a hat again and do a re-draw.

I can only assume this is what happened a couple of weeks ago.

He is not a captain. There has been nothing in his time with us that remotely suggests he is a captain or a leader so it is bemusing that anyone ever thought that he should be given such a role (another poor error of judgement) - it has been difficult at times to even suggest he is what is described on his portfolio - a striker! That said (and on this I am with Nick), it is difficult to find one person in our team whom you would entrust to be a captain.
