He’s well down the pecking order here now. It’s difficult to firstly see him getting a chance outside of a cup game or injury crisis and secondly him suddenly offering anything, as I don’t see RM giving him a run in the team to bed in. As Wizzler said, we’d all like him to succeed but I think he needs to get game time (probably elsewhere) for his own development. |  |

I think the choice here is to loan him out to a L1/L2 team for the rest of the season and if he shows no improvement, then he's moved on at the end of the season.
In my personal view, he was never good enough and refused to take on board what I'm sure he was being coached. That might be because he was incapable of applying those lessons or because he thought he knew better. Who knows? | | | |
