I reckon it will be unchanged for the rest of the ground, with the Northam going up by between £50 and £75. If this gets rid of a lot of the gimps, it will be a price worth paying.

I'll happily pay more to get out of the Northam. Hopefully they keep prices in there low, to encourage all the mutants to stay in one place.
