The last time he scored a goal was 1½ years ago. I don't think we need to worry too much about him. He's about as prolific as Ross Stewart nowadays, and like Stewart, he takes months to recover from his injuries:

You were right, Pat, and I was wrong, as I often am. Bamford is scoring goals again for Sheffield United, and he was exactly the sort of player we needed today: a big centre forward who can finish.
