It shows how far we have come in the last year the fact that we topped the table for a few hours speaks volumes for the way everyone at the club has worked to turn things around.

Let's just hope City beat the Scousers now and we can at least remain in 3rd for a while

If he'd have cheated and gone down it would probably have been given but he was honest, despite being kicked, and tried to play on

I reiterate .. Villa looking brilliant . On fire to hammer Arsenal So such a good win against them last week. This season looks very exciting , and we ARE good enough to stay in the mix with these top on form sides .

Most bookies have Saints as joint 8th favourites with Everton to win the league, which is fairly realistic, although Arsenal still being 7th favourites seems less so unless they change their manager. The odds are very much stilted by the fact that most of the bets on league winners are placed before the first game of the season and nearly all of it would have gone on the big clubs. Our form since the restart is: P 17 W 10 D 4 L 3 Over a whole season, that would give us a total of 76 pts, which in this strange season might be enough. Anyway, it's nice to be still in the frame nearly a quarter of the way into the season. [Post edited 9 Nov 2020 8:29]
