I cannot see it happening (money!), but would it really be a bad move? Worry obviously is what would both his and the fans attitude be should it happen when he walks out on to the pitch

Would it not be a bad move to have him and Adams working together? It's been said several times on here that Adams would work better with an Ings type player alongside him?

Yeah. Money is the issue, also age. And injury prone so they won't risk it.
Our luck he would play one game and so his knee again till the end of season , while still pocketing 100k a week
