i would be less worried about the personnel (except not playing Mo) and a lot more worried about our shape. Conte did a brilliant job when we lost 4-1 of double teaming our full backs, KWP and the unfortunate Djenepo, who were playing as part of a hopeless back five. He will definitely try it again so needs the the wide midfield players to put a shift in and show a bit of nous. Hopefully in front of a back four that includes Salisu. Bednarek vs Kane is a disaster waiting to happen. Also have we forgotten that our only decent performances under Jones included JWP playing in the pocket which got him out of Lavia's way and forced him to go forwards. Controversially that formation also included Diallo. Just a suggestion. | | | |
