I think Spurs have a sell-on clause on Jack Clarke, so that will be reflected in Sunderland’s valuation.
Didn’t Romeo Lavia’s valuation go up by about £40 million in a few weeks?
I thought Chelsea tried to sign him from us for £50 million towards the end of the August 2022 window, a few weeks after we had signed from City for about £10 million (?).
