Why does it take a potential defeat to bring out the best in the team? Beautiful moments in the second half where we looked like a real threat. A good team selected and subs well used by RH. So looking forward to next Saturday's match against Manure

It looks like we were happy to sit back and let them play themselves out again, like Leeds. We had much more in the tank at the end and won comfortably. Shame Che didn’t get his hat trick. Some very solid performances there and it looks like we have a squad now rather than a team. Mara took his offside goal superbly and looks a talent. Hats off to Djenepo too who is doing a job at left back. ABK my MotM. What a beast. Fancied the 3 points at Leicester today, I think they will struggle this season. I also fancy us to beat United. 😎

Ralph is definitely listening to his cohorts now so relegation is now in question thank god rather than nailed on. First half as you would expect away from home with a new line up against a well organised team but we withstood the pressure well.

The turnabout came when Ralph brought Prowsey on after 85 mins to balance 11 v 11. He put a decent cross in at last and a superb finish by Adams.

More of the same please Ralph. Keep listening to your mates!

First half was very frustrating. Just could not do anything with the ball.

To be fair Leicester were pretty poor. However again showed good resilience to come back from a goal down. Che denied a hat trick by an inch. Showed many, me included, why he shouldn't be sold. Second goal - goal of the month.

ABK looks an absolute unit. Looks better than Salisu and hit the ground running. Defence looked better with just 2 CBs. When Lyanco was brought on he played as a DM so didn't interfere with the formation.

Good to see Ralph in deep discussion with his assistants.

Djenepo again played out of his skin. Gone through a JWP transformation.

Aribo was all over the pitch and Lavia other to han an almost fatal pass right across our area looked solid - even having an eyeball with Maddison.

Solid midtable start for August. Looking good as the new players bed in more.

So pleased to see Che get two. He's too valuable for us to let him leave. Mara doesn',t look ready for the Premiership yet. Game passed him by.

Great comeback in the second half. Well deserved win.

Adams offers a lot more than goals, if we support him the potential is there. He is strong, holds the ball well and can pass. We need someone to play alongside him not replace him!
We are definitely more comfortable in a four and also have to mention Djenepo, wouldn't be my pick but has performed well so far. Still learning as a very young team but if nurtured and encouraged there is something here.

Like the use of AA in the winger attacking midfield position, adds plenty value there and made at least one good steal to recycle possession.

Moussa has also grown into the LB position. KWP was brilliant.

Che bossed the defence once he came on. Mara had his moments though and obviously has the pace to get in behind if we want to play that way.

It's early days but ABK looks like the real deal.

I have questioned Ralph selections in the past, where he doesn’t always select his strongest team to start the game,
And has been guilty of making the substitutions too late in the game to make an impact, but I have to give him credit where credit is due. His subs change the game against Leeds last week, and again this week against Leicester. Che made an instant impact , as did aribo last week, so credit to him. I felt we look solid at the back this week, where Bella kotchap looked a real find and formed a promising partnership with Salisu . Let hope this improved team performance is the start of a more promising season ahead, there seems a more determined spirit throughout the side of late that is a very encouraging sign for the future.

Youngest of any team fielded in the PL since 2017 and one of our holding midfielders 18½ years old (and has played every minute of the first 3 matches!!!). Ralph has so big balls, and I'm absolutely delighted that we managed to beat Leicester City, away from home, with such a young team and seem to have finally found out that a back 4 is the right thing.
Many find performances. KWP, Armel B.K. and Che Adams our 3 best on the day.
Great to see Ralph listen to his assistants on the touchline and do succesful substitutions.
More succes please!
