"Ronnie discusses his perm..."

What a swizz.

He only talks about his hair for a minute (unless Barnet counts).

It’s hard to get booked on the bench but not impossible…… I managed it myself - twice!

That is where he has to be for the foreseeable future.
You cannot be changing that back four from Saturday unless one of them gets injured (unheard of at our club) or suspended.

4 foot 6" and playing on the wing hasn't helped

I'd be happy to never see Dumbele pull on a QPR shirt ever again based on his time here to date - you are right.

If we had a fit Chair and Saito his injury wouldn't even register.

The classic is the new kid.
I mean even Richard Ord managed 12 minutes of a pre-season friendly after signing (for a club he really didn't want to sign for).

The whole fitness position at the club is now beyond a joke as are the updates with the roulette wheel of "expected back dates"

Field to Norwich
at 14:35 3 Feb 2026

Exactly where I'm at.

I would have been ADDING a few more Sam Field types with some deals heavily weighted towards win bonuses and table position this season.

Everyone to a man on here thinks we are running Madsen on red and he could pull him injured anytime.
Field is a different position / player but I'm not seeing many warm bodies as options centre mid. To let him go is one thing but zero coming the other way? Pah.... mid table acceptance is such a bore.... maybe we've got a death sprial planned?!!!

My final thoughts are.... all the best Sam... you did us proud.

How we feeling / looking IF come the end of the season Norwich are above us with a contribution to that being Samuel Field and the Cardigan Club?

Agree

I’ve never quite got it. Tradition dictates Kone beats em up and Burrell gets the bits off of him.
I get the press argument but Kone showed he can do that today

We’ll see

There’s 4 months of the season left.

How the fcuk can the idiots running “our game” not have this sorted yet?!
Not that they don’t have previous - Faurlingate the morning of the last game of the season, Swindon relegated the summer they got promoted etc, etc.

Think that makes Kone 7 for the season (6 league 1 cup)?????

I was sarcastically saying he’d get double figures - but that was shots on target.
Fair play he was superb today.
However I’d still argue his return so far this season is below par. I really loved his physical efforts today, summed up by his “fcuk off, that’s mine” battle with their CB’s one of which ended up with that looped header and a superb save by their keeper.

In all my naysaying I’ve been saying I want him to make me a mug, he’s got the tools but needs to be fitter and shooting more. In his utmost defence I’d agree he’s been too deep and showed today his best work can be done as point man and off balls into the box.

Much love

Ifs, buts and railway huts….

Superb today however imagine we’d held on last Saturday.
Nestled lovely in sixth…… that sort of position can empty a physio room.

Madsen immense today and deserved that goal.
Clear MoM - assist, goal and covered so many yards

Must also give credit to Kone.
Lovely flicked goal but he worked his ample arse off today and ran himself into the ground.
Fair play.

Bennie lost his man for the goal but if he takes confidence from minutes he could be a player I reckon. Full of running, puts it in and can pass it a bit. Composure will come and be lovely to see him grab a goal soon as.

Finally - U RRRRRRRRRRRRSSSSS!

That’s classic.

It’s always been straight away, next game(s) no matter what.

Farcical if true and that Paul Smyth line could’ve been used in the preview after all.
If he plays you just know what the scorelines going to be

Haunted by Terry Hall…..

I fear a big loss.
Clueless Frenchman
Another horror show from the first name on the team sheet Dumbele
Kone lumbering
Maybe another couple of injuries on the Ellerslie Road Potato Patch

Rain.

Have a great day all
