RIP
at 10:48 31 Oct 2020

I remember getting his son a yellow card away at Barnet or Colchester (old style ground down the side of the pitch we were), you was very close to the pitch & the winger kept skinning him. I shouted put him in the stands, crunch the c**t. Next time he came he lifted him off the pitch and got a yellow. Just like his dad used to do...

Scored a bag full also from set pieces, a bit like Dawson. Butler wasn't too shabby alongside him neither.

We don't want to curb his attitude, it might take away his competitiveness, like Deli Ali is crap when he doesn't play on the edge. I liked the way he shoved their player, showing he wasn't taking any sh!t off them. More of it Baah!!!

What a dreary season it’s been
at 15:12 27 Nov 2019

To me I'd have swapped JK over with RND. RND is 1 of THE highest percentage of crossers of the ball in the division, plus a lot faster than JK, Get JK in the centre like at Old Trafford, at least RND can catch a winger that has gone past him.

Long Way for a postponement

Wycombe twice away in the same season, both times we had arrived at the ground to be told it's off. Then on the third attempt we got there they gave us the original program as a goodwill gesture. 1,200 miles to see a 1-1 draw, belting header from 18 yards in off the crossbar...

You've also missed out when he was 'substitute' for the Dale on the TV show we went on. The ITV Digital 'Do I Not Know That' or whatever it was called. I was sat at side of him as the TV cameras panned across to the Rochdale subs bench.

Cracking lad Jock, had a few p1ss ups in the Boro with him despite his claret connection. He just loved sport in general. RIP big lad

Good job you don’t support football in a foreign country. Looks like the grounds are on fire at times. I see a bit of smoke as ‘harmless’ as they’re designed not to be toxic, (yes people with breathing / chest problems will suffer) they don’t burn hot. Any paintball centre will tell you they’re harmless.

Good job we have the internet to moan about everything these days.

Hendo - The hunt for all time leading scorer

Gary Jones from midfield is more than impressive. Few pens yeah but to outscore Holt, Flounders, Lambert etc (although appearances to goals may tell a different story) shows what a player he actually was.

Sunderland fans to be in the home stands.
at 13:14 20 Mar 2019

We stayed in Sunderland for the weekend after our game there, went out at night with 'their boys'. They looked after us & we said we'd meet up for a drink in the return game. Don't be fooled though, they said Scunthorpe fans attacked their pub (Wheatsheaf) & CS gassed it, kids were in there so they said they were taking a mob down there to sort them out & smash the place up. I think we got on fine with them & they might come in a party mood. Only takes 1 punch / insult to be thrown...

He Has Got To Go
at 14:10 26 Feb 2019

After the opening game away at Burton, which we won somehow. I said to work colleagues that we'd be lucky to survive, & there wouldn't be many low scoring games involving us this season. Some of the game had the oppo been clinical could've resulted in a few 8's 9's or 10's against. It is a lost cause & I've predicted we go right out of the league with Hill in charge now.

Match thread: Walsall (a)

I'm good friends with the Hesfords. Iain RIP the keeper sadly died a few yrs ago at a young age. He finished his English career at Maidstone & played against us in the home game Tuesday night where they beat us & brought something like 6 fans, then went to HK to earn the big money. His brother Ste was the all time leading goal scorer for Warrington & just been inducted into the legends hall of fame there. The other brother Bob is rugby union and played for GB, monster of a man. Great family, Ste then Iain ran the Queens, Sun Hotel, Globe & Caldermoor.

Not very good at all. Images are really blurry & when all dressed in dark clothing it is hard to single them out. I know from experience as they had me on CCTV and impossible to say it was me in court (Oldham fiasco few years ago)
