It just shows though that Bates is not interested in the club.....only in lining his own pockets. Personally I am still of the opinion that Bates is determined to carry out his threats of many years ago to ruin Leeds United in any way he can. Why anyone of Bates's age needs more cash is also beyond me. I am 69 years old and a Leeds fan since 1954 and I wish I had just 1% of Bates's cash to live on each month. Go home Bates and stay there.

Watched it live here in the Philippines and was very pleased with what I saw. Defence and midfield were superb and the forward line was good too. I am looking forward to an exciting season especially if we get the icing on the cake players Mr. Warnock wants.
