2 minutes to go, other end of the pitch, that would have been a penalty. Guaranteed. And a red. And why was it not discussed on MOTD???. Key decision not mentioned at all . The disallowed Ronaldo goals weren't even worthy of showing as they were not close to being controversial. But the push and stamp .......I am still tooth gnashing now. |

You are right when you say it is down to underestimating the number of cases. So far we have not been testing heavily. The trues case rate is far,far higher than 2692, and it has been around a lot longer than we know too. I am totally sure that the first case diagnosed was not the first case actually present in the UK. The figures you have put up are not really very comparable to be honest because of so many factors. Armstrong came back at Chelsea after , what, 4 games out injured. To risk him starting again today was almost certainly a step too far so the logical thing to do was rotate him for Boufal. I would wager a pretty large sum Armstrong will start against Spurs on Thursday. As will Obafemi. |

Redmond can look as baffled as he likes, he was flippin useless today. No attempt to go forward and beat players.....get the ball, stop and go back. Broke up momentum every time. Boufal was a big step up....went forwards, beat his man time and again and created chances. Changed the game. Obafemi didn't win a header all game, and where has his pace gone? Long at 10 years old looked quicker and got into better positions AND won the ball in the air. Sorry, the subs were spot on and lifted the team and the crowd. Had they not been made we would have lost that. Up to that point we were shite. |

Totally agree. I spend my working life making sure that my clients adhere to the highest welfare standards in Europe on farms in the area and yet these idiots get away with committing these atrocities on a daily basis in the name of their faith . Sickening and really annoying. |

Hang on a minute. If they were THAT much f...ing better, how come they only won 2-1. How come they got away with a stone wall penalty shout immediately before their second (from the corner resulting from a superb save by their keeper from Armstrongs stinging shot). How come they got away with dragging one of our defenders down in their box at the corner (for the aforementioned penalty which wasnt given) preventing him from getting back to defend when they broke? How come they didnt have that lanky donkey coont sent off not once but twice when he elbowed then raked Romeu.......the ref must have been bent/blind/both! How come their keeper made as many saves as ours? How come McCarthy cant stop anything from outside the penalty box by the way?? Yes we looked leggy in the second half. But were they really that much better than us? Had the decisions, the major decisions (let alone the minor f....ers) been made that should have been by the officials then we would have won that game. Had Lemina laid on a decent ball into the path of Targett in the first half when he was in oceans of space instead of a nice curler into the West Ham defence it might have helped mind you! We werent that flipping bad. We werent that flipping far from taking that game. |

So many folk just seem to measure a band/artist by their chart success. If they are not regularly (ie : every hour!) played om R1, R2 or local radio, they are not a successful band! Frank Turner is another example. Plays to sold out shows the world over, yet so many people look at you like you have 2 heads when you say you are off to see him for the 9th time! Totally agree, The Courteeners are a top, top UK band. UK Indie scene is thriving atm. Why oh why does Radio 1 insist on supporting so many American rap artists when they should be getting behind "our own".?? |

I have seen him plenty this season and think he DOES bring something tbh. He breaks up opposition play a lot, but also has become better and better at taking the ball forwards and getting us on the front foot. I can remember vs Inter he was awful (ran around in circles and looked lost) but this season he has improved a lot. Next season he will be a star I think. This season he was 2nd in the Daily Echo poll so I am not the only oddball who thinks he is OK! I voted for McCarthy for POTY BTW. |
