The same applies for Dutch citizens. Our daughter-in-law returned from Mexico visiting her parents. She lives in The Netherlands and has a Dutch passport. SO no discrimination of UK citizens. If the supporters arrived a forthnight earlier and went in quarantaine there wouldn’t be a problem to go to the match. By the way EU countries don’t have the same rules.
