1. You seriously want to compare Kane to Messi, really Grumps ? As someone else pointed out he’s not fit to lace his boots.
2. He looked like a passenger because that was exactly what he was irrespective of what position he was playing.
3. Yep, and that’s why when he retires his trophy cabinet will have very little in it. He scores goals for fun against lesser teams but when it matters he’s never been a “big game” player. |

Because he is thirty two and the next World Cup won’t happen for another four years.
Add in the fact that for most of the second half he gave the impression of being a passenger.
He scores goals against weak opposition but has never ever come good in the big games. |

The better team won helped by some ridiculous substitutions from Tuchel so no real surprise or complaints to be honest.
It must surely be the end for Kane now although who will replace him ? |

Bournemouth isn’t the place it used to be but then again show me a place anywhere in this country that is.
I’ve a couple of mates who recently returned from visiting two different areas of France. Asked how they got on, the first thing they said was “ better roads, no potholes and no litter”. |

If he did in fact tell the ECB his intentions in the morning it would have been an almost certainty in this media driven world we live in, that the news would have leaked by lunch time.
The government can’t even keep details of cabinet meetings secret so what chance the ECB ? |

Given the self imposed debacle at the end of last season they are not now going to increase the price of season tickets are they ?
Not forgetting of course that there was a strong argument for refunding the cost of tickets to those who attended at the Riverside and St Mary’s for what was effectively a dead rubber. |

What’s the point.
We all know what will happen.
England will win a few of the opening games and then come up against a decent team whereupon they will fold like a deck of cards.

Irrespective of the difference of opinion between those holding left and right views what amazes me is what I read in The Guardian concerning the role of the I O P C.
According to the article it suggests that the police referred themselves to the Independent Office of Police Complaints who found that the police had no case to answer and no further action was required.
Really ? When the poor guy repeatedly says that he has been stabbed and the officer says I don’t think you have been, apparently without making any effort to establish if a stabbing had actually occurred. [Post edited 3 Jun 12:33]

Not a mega successful loan spell at Newcastle.who I suspect may not wish to loan him again.
Given our failure to reach The Premier League will we be able to afford his suggested wages of £120000 pounds a week ?
I suspect we will want/need to sell but who’s going to pay decent money for a keeper who has been relegated three times from The Premier League with three different clubs ?
