Chainrai revives his Pompey bid Wednesday, 22nd Aug 2012 22:58 by Pompey News Portpin, the company controlled by Balram Chainrai has revived its bid for Portsmouth FC seven days after announcing its withdrawal. The company has released a statement via Sky Sports News report Bryan Swanson: "We understood from Administrator that the terms offered by PST were problematic in two areas. "Portpin [is] to take action to avoid imminent liquidation of Portsmouth. We hope to finalise transaction in next two weeks. "Portpin taking step to save club and look to continue to work with interested parties, including Supporters Trust. "We hope everybody, including the huge fan base, will support this saving process."
