This does not make him innocent of any wrong doings, its just that the prosecution didn't have enough evidence to prove their claim to a jury.
So you can ask yourself if you believe this guy who had a go with a woman who was clearly intoxicated and already with his mate.
To add insult to the absurd, some jerks also released the poor woman's name to twitter where in she's supposed to have protected anonymity.
