I 1st went there mid 60's, it was winter & midweek !!! on a coach which had about 25 of us. me in all my skinhead gear, they were all greasers lol stuck out like a sore thumb.

Alan Spratley was in goal and he got attacked in the 2nd half by a Blackburn fan, we won 1 - 0!!! was fun getting back on the coach after the game lol
