They sacked Clement because they were doing too well but not playing the most attractive football and didn't want to get promoted.
They appointed Schteeeve who may or may not have made the football more attractive but definitely helped not get them promoted.
They look like they'll appoint Rowett who got the sack from Birmingham for not playing attractive football and possibly getting Birmingham promoted.
