Losing the plot on 11:54 - May 17 with 1131 views | Sadoldgit | What is worrying is that the government don’t seem to be learning from their mistakes. After a poor start you would expect them to get together, review what had worked well and what hadn’t, and then to formulate a proper strategy for moving forward. Sadly it seems like it is still seat of the pants, making it up as they go along stuff still. The leadership throughout has been shambolic and it is no wonder that more and more people are losing faith in Johnson’s bumbling character. Throw in Cummings’ influence and a very inept from bench and there isn’t much there to give you confidence about how we are going to cope with the remaining period of the pandemic.

Perhaps you should look at readership figures and the intelligence level of those readers over circulation before you make judgement. The Sun has a high circulation which tells you all you need to know. Also The Guardisn online readership figures are really high. As for “begging bowl” what is the problem with asking for a contribution rather than just charging a subscription upfront?

What a pompous and arrogant thing to say, sneering at Sun readers. BUt that should be no surprise - the left are a massive echo chamber. Perhaps you have not realized, but the Government paying 80% of salaries for people to sit on their backsides at home does not encourage getting back to work. The media have done their part well, creating mass hysteria. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

And there lies the problem, it does no'ones cause any good to call someone or imply they are stupid, just because they have a different view.
Losing the plot on 13:26 - May 17 with 1003 views | Boris_ | Those that are losing the plot are the people who are 'revolting' over lockdown eases. Normally people who aren't affected by lockdown and love nothing more than sitting on their arse watching daytime TV whilst being furloughed. If people don't agree with the easing of lockdown then it's quite simple, they can just carry on staying at home. The virus won't creep under the door.
