Just spoken to the Health Board who have informed me that no replacement card would be issued and no back up plan is in place for a hard copy document to be forwarded in the event of losing my original donor card .
If this original card is mislaid looks like a lot of hassle and phone calls will be needed to get confirmation of proof of vaccination .
