It's always better to get a player out, that doesn't want to play for the club. Ralph says the same and he is right. He would have left for nothing this time next year, so at least we have some money to hopefully get in a replacement. Ings has been playing the contract game since Christmas, always knowing he would leave. That's why he started not performing. He knew he was off. I understand Ings going it was always going to happen, but again we have lost a good player without getting a replacement before.
Now clubs that have a player we are interested in up the price because they know of the millions we have just been paid..
