In some ways I’m devastated KFC Fylde dumped him when they did… I would have taken great pleasure in seeing the club statement ejecting him from the club…..

The suspended six point deduction should be seen for what it is:
A) a vindication for the current board and the actions of the fans who moved so quickly to prevent this hostile takeover taking place.
B) the seriousness of the actions taken by the previous director who has received punishment as part of the ruling.
C) the inadequacy of the EFL regulations which had to be changed when this case was brought to light.
We await the publishing of the full judgement from the EFL!! Only then can the full extent of what went down here be shown to the wider world. | | | |

So, the photographic evidence of him being involved with the scumbags from the start doesn't mean a thing then. What about him claiming to own 35% when the shares hadn't even been registered? Presumably this misinformation does not breach any EFL regulations. | | | |
