I almost did not enjoy watching it with the thoughts that why Brighton and not us!
Not us as now obviously, but how we were just a few years ago. Sickening what has happened to our club. Even watching Brentford on MOTD scoring in the first minute of every game with Frank saying that he likes to attack from the off. It just makes sense as well as entertaining |  | | |

Its just not the Saints way.
We used to charge forward at Home Games, now its like watching a pin ball machine.
Teams were wary of us at home including the big clubs.
Often as not thrashed away from home but come the home games different story.
Start Archer and Onuachu up front.
Dibling, Aribo,Downes, Fernandes in midfield.
Manning,Harwood-Bellis, Bednarek, Walker-Peters . Ramsdale in defence
..................and someone tell Martin to play direct.

Only listened to the commentary on 5 live, all I heard was 40m player, 30m player and 25 m player signed by Brighton this summer and that didn't include O'Rielly who is injured, that sums up the difference as to where both teams are, Brighton, same size if not smaller investing in players and us investing in the possible what if/next best thing to sell? Says it all, we are not interested in success just the next player we can sell on for millions, so regardless of the manager it won't change until we get owners who want success on the pitch? | | | |

Us not getting completely bollocked at Arsenal, and going 1 up, means RM has bought himself a bit of time, the board will ruminate for a while longer which is a mistake. If they haven't got somebody competent lined up yet, RM gets even more time.
