He took him off at Oxford to keep him fresh, we lost the game, then he didn't play him from the start at Birmingham. He then takes him off at half term today, when he was the only one running at them and getting stuck.in. Tonda is an idiot it seems.

I know hence the question
Fkn ludicrous if he wasn’t injured
And Fellows should have replaced him or Robinson
How on earth does Stephen’s get to stay on the pitch yet Leo gets subbed?

Taken off at Oxford, didn't play the whole game at Brum, and withdrawn at HT today.

Eckert needs to stop thinking that certain players (ie; Leo) are made of tissue paper.

And that game was crying out for Quasie too. A fast paced, strong defender against Millwall would have really helped us today. But despite being excellent the last time he played, in comes Stephens again.

If he wasn’t injured it has to be one of most ridiculous substitutions ……

Quarshie has a long throw which a lot of teams use as an attacking option,he’s also as good if not better than our other central defenders.

Like several he has made
Do his coaching staff and all those sat alongside him ever have a chat with him? Or are they all yes men as well

I was waiting for Adam Blackmore to ask Tonda why he substituted Leo in his interview, but he didn't ask the question. Weird.

EVERY game cries out for anyone other than Stephen’s
But agree Quarshie should have started too
