Had the second lowest player rating in the starting line up, yet he created Scienza's goal by controlling Bree's very high crossfield clearance with one touch and laying on an inch perfect pass for Scienza's goal.

He was also the man who put Armstrong through for the one and one on the keeper..

So that surely deserves a better rating, likewise Adam Armstrong, lower than Azaz he had two major chances both well saved yet polls lower than Matsuki.

I thought Azaz was good yesterday. A lot of chasing and closing down and worked hard. Created two good chances. Him and Leo coming cost us any threat up front.

Armstrong needs to be burying those chances

Arma is so frustrating
He seems to go on a run of games when he scores for fun then the total opposite for the next few

Well if any of the struggling Premier League clubs who were mooted to be looking at him watched yesterday's derby game, they'll be turning their attentions away from Adam Armstrong after his poor finishing in front of goal. If he can't do it at this level - heaven help him at a level higher. The second attempt was a snap-shot which the keeper stopped via a good reaction save. But the first attempt when one-on-one with their keeper - that was a very poor effort.

But we know from last season he cannot do it at Prem level.
Although it was a really good effort for the first chance from Bree's cross, he should have scored from the one on one especially when looking at Leo's goal where he fooled the keeper in to thinking he was going one way and went the other, Unfortunatey Armstrong's effort was predictable

Indeed. Surely every striker dreams of being one-on-one with a keeper? And I know they're not going to score 100% of the time - but in AA's case - just 25% of the time would do!

I thought Azaz was good but people were slating him. Then again I thought THB was awful but apparently he was really good.
I like Leo, and he scored a good goal, but before and after the goal he barely touched the ball yet he gets no grief at all.

Not surprising that Leo didn't have many touches because just for once we were lumping the ball forward & he had no chance of getting involved.
But compare him to AA,
I can only remember him having two touches & that was the two chances that he fluffed.
I agree with you I thought Finn Azaz did OK, he was definitely our most creative player & offered what little quality there was in the game.
