1)it’s very easy to drive to and easy to find . Can drive there in 3 hours . Getting out took about an hour but when you park a 10 min walk away with a crowed of 20000 what do you expect.
2)We are so lucky so have a ground in the city - I’d hate to have a ground like , stoke, Brighton Reading etc . It would ruin the whole enjoyment of going to football .
3)Yesterday was the quietest I’ve know stokes ground ( what ever it’s called now ) . It’s ironic that the season they extended the ground they got relegated and never been back to top flight football .
4)A sold Saints performance sbd it’s no coincidence in my opinion we look a lot better with a talkative keeper playing behind a sold back 4 . Say what you like about Stephen’s but he’s our 2nd best CB
5)This division is very poor and its total miss management from Dragan down that we aren’t in the play-offs at least . [Post edited 1 Feb 13:09]

We all owe the local Stoneham ‘NIMBY’ residents a huge debt of gratitude for kicking up such a fuss over the proposed new ground in the middle of nowhere. Had they not made such a fuss it is possible we would have been lumbered with a ground as far away from the centre of Southampton as Stoke and Derby combined, and probably Leicester added on top as well… |  | | |
