Discodroids would be a phenomenal writer for LFW.

Scooters, Tunes, Trainers and QPR.

Really enjoyed that, Dorse. Reading it raised a good few smiles, which is quite a rarity for a grumpy old git like me. Thank you.

Thanks everyone. If I don't write this stuff down for you lot, my family have to hear about it.

They've suffered enough.

Nice article Dorse. Sums up the vastly conflicting and often confusing things I took away from 25/26.

Thanks Dorse. A very good summary of where we are and how we (all?) are feeling.

Good to have a cautious optimistic outlook and if it doesn't all work out, then we have the laughs that you and others on this site provide.

"The general script for a QPR season over the past few years has been thus: get the pre-season wrong, have no fullbacks, make an iffy start to the campaign, exit the League Cup in the most humiliating way possible, end up in the bottom three, recover briefly by going on a decent run, exit the FA Cup in the most humiliating way possible, injure all playmakers and strikers, middle order collapse / long losing streak, before finally throwing everything not nailed down at trying to reach 16th with a game or two to go"

To be honest it feels like we still went about 7 out of 9 on those!

Good stuff Dorse, I grudgingly agree about Varane and Dembele's issues being confidence related. Worry for me is I think Smyth deserves to stay in the side, but once Dembele is fit again I think the suits upstairs will be pushing for him to be ahead of Smyth in the pecking order.
