In my opinion the EFL are equally as culpable in this

They had a similar situation with Leeds (in fact Leeds was worse because Bielsa admitted to spying for every game) and bought in a rule but failed to set out what the sanctions would be

But even more strangely said that it’s okay to spy on opponents up to 72 hours before a game. What is that all about

Fact is as Heisenberg said what we did fails into insignificance compared to the industrial scale corruption that clubs like Man City and Chelsea get away with and have no punishment whatsoever

I think if we get kicked out we appeal and if unsuccessful threaten legal action which would effectively put the playoff final on hold indefinitely

There is no way they will kick us out the legal ramifications are huge and as you say endless appeals etc
I expect a whopping fine and suspended points deduction

They'll probably accept that as we won that game, and not the away leg. The fact that Boro only had one decent half which was in the first leg will be deemed irrelevant
