With all the noise surrounding Spygate this has hardly got a mention but will have massive impacts on some clubs for different reasons. The maximum an owner can put into / bail out a club is £33m over three years with £15m in any one year as the maximum, Sanctions for exceeding 85% and 115 % to be calculated at two set points in the season (October & March) are in ‘real time’ so implemented immediately not up to two years later and include fines and even 6 point deductions. This applies in League 1 as well so Leicester City are totally @@@@ed!
