Now it's starting to get interesting. As our learned friend the KC has said, none of the "evidence" seems to have been put out there and does not seem to have been elaborated on in the initial hearing report, just that we admitted to the offence(s). What if some of that "evidence" had been obtained through illegal or immoral ways.

Hopefully the club have learned a few lessons from the hearings so far in as much as don't rush in and agree to everything thrown at you instead of waiting the allocated time specified allowed.

Is it legal to get someone's personal details from a credit card payment as they did with Will Salt.
I would have thought that the Hotel were committing an offence by sharing that persons personal information. Enquiry
I suppose because Gibson owned the Hotel he has a divine right to access a customers personal details.

The ICO wouldn't do anything about this. They only go after the big corporates for GDPR breaches.

Not sure why this idea that they got his name from a card purchase has become established fact with many Saints fans. If you purchase something by contactless or chip and pin the retailer doesn't get your name.

Didn't it come from the Mail simply saying that he purchased a coffee with his card? More likely that they just have CCTV of him doing that.
