Eyre picked up some points as he inherited the nucleus of a squad who had heart and battle and didn't know when they were beaten. He managed to knock that spirit out of them, undoing all the good work of the last few years. |

even then he never scoted or made transfer just worked with what he got
john coleman has not changed dales fortunes around however he has experience in coaching seniors, the transfer market and managing succesfully

Scunthorpe away was just boring. Both sides were neither bad nor good.
Where are you getting your info?
Colchester at home was terrible. Notts County away was worse, down almost exclusively to the manager's tactics. Crewe pre-season - sapped any confidence (didn't go to Wrexham!),Oldham away was a derby game for one side only, Stevenage saw a backline whose confidence was non existent thanks to their manager's lack of confidence finally collapse. I'll add more when the pain subsides. ... This could take a while.

Boring, boring, BORING, Steve Eyre is in the past, John Coleman is in the future for Dale in League 2. And we WILL compete next year. Forget this season, let's write it off now and look forward to the future. Would much rather be competing in league 2 than facing relegation from league 1. Let's cut out the dead wood and start again in August with a new squad and optimism.
To be honest I am proud that Dale is is a club that is financially sound and working within its means, unlike a lot of other clubs.
