Vegetarian for me but putting that aside.
Depending on which Tier you are in you can enjoy your Scotch egg in the pub as long as it's delivered to your table. This follows a late Government u turn yesterday which confirmed that scotch eggs are, in fact,classed as a substantial meal.
In Wales you can enjoy a scotch egg and a pint in a pub up till Friday. After Friday you will have to have the egg before 6pm and unfortunately you will not be able to have an alcoholic drink with your egg.
Scotland and Northern Ireland will be clarifying where they stand later today.
