Yeah, heard that. Strange never any mention of him playing down here, in fact TSport just mentioned the former "Swindon and Portsmouth player"!
But I remember him as being a pretty good player for us, although obviously most of his time was down the road

Very sad. I always thought he got a rough deal at The Dell. There was some story about how the final transfer fee we paid depended on the number of appearances & we were desperate to sell him before he reached the magic figure. |  |

We never really saw the best of him at Saints, as his ideal position was in the hole behind the forwards, but we never played him there.
