Was having a football chat last night and have come to the conclusion that we have a overly large proportion of our squad that can play wide right !!
S Armstrong, Smallbone, Obafemi, Redmond, Walcott, Djenepo, Long, Elyounoussi, Valery, Tella, KWP, JWP and Livramento.
I've probably missed a couple as well, but all bar 1 or 2 of those mentioned have already played on the right wing for us !! |  |

It was interesting to see just how right-footed KWP was on Sunday when he was forced to play left wing-back. He spent the whole time trying to manoeuvre the ball onto his right foot, which of course hindered his movement and ability to make crosses. I don't think he touched it with his left foot once. He certainly wouldn't be comfortable playing in that position for a whole game. [Post edited 25 Aug 2021 12:42]
